BERKSHIRE LEAGUE RULES 2011 - 2012 SEASON

1. All teams will play 7 games. In the event that you are unavailable to play your scheduled time, you should contact the other team representative and reschedule the game. In order to maintain quality in the league it is imperative that each team complete the schedule.
2. All games will be (4) 8 minute quarters.
3. Each team gets 4 timeouts per game.
4. There is NO PRESS if a team is ahead by 20 points or more.
5. All players must play in ALL county league games. If a player is not playing due to a discipline issue the coach should inform the other coach before the game begins.
6. All other IAABO rules apply.
7. Each team pays one official at each game. The fee is $20 per game.
8. Any games that are cancelled due to weather should be rescheduled between the two teams. The home team is responsible for canceling the game. They should cancel at least two hours before the scheduled start time.

10. At the end of the year there will be a one day single elimination Berkshire County Championship tournament hosted by Greylock Youth Basketball. The entry fee is $25.00 per team. The schedule is based on the league standings.
11. It is the home team coaches' responsibility to call the visiting coach to confirm game times and site.
